The people who make Red Dwarf what it is!

Chris Barrie

Born in Germany on 28th March 1960, First made a TV appearence in "The David Essex Showcase" in 1982. He also played a part in the "Young Ones" in 1984. Then in 1984 "Spitting Image" started in which he provided various voices.

He had a couple of bit parts in shows including "The Lenny Henry Show" and "Blackadder the Third". Until 1988 when "Red Dwarf" started. Later he played the lead role in "The Brittas Empire". A part in the spoof "Can't Smeg, Won't Smeg". And is due to play the butler in the Tomb Raider Movie.

Craig Charles

Born in Liverpool on 11th July 1964. First starred in "Business as Usual", 1987 as Eddie. He then presented "Video View" and "Night Network" in 1987 before starring in "Red Dwarf".

Since then he has appeared in a number of series as himself, including "Space Cadets" and "Funky Bunker". Most noteable recently taking over from J Clarkson as host of "Robot Wars".

Danny John-Jules

Born on 15th September 1960, He had a couple of bit parts in "Scum" in 1977 and 1979. He also toured as dancer with the pop group Wham!

Then in 1986 he played the voices of Firey 3 and 4, in "Labyrinth". He also played a Doo Wop Street Singer in "Little Shop of Horrors". Then in 1988 he got the part of Cat in "Red Dwarf".

In 1989 he played the part of Barrington in "Maid Marian and Her Merry Men". He has also had parts in "London Kills Me" , 1991, and "The Tomorrow People", 1992. And the part of Barfly Jack in "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", 1998.

Danny has just recently signed up to star in Blade 2

Robert Llewellyn

Robert was born in Northampton on the 10th March 1956. He first starred in Red Dwarf in 1989. Since then he has played parts in "Alas Smith & Jones", "Birds of a Feather", "Bottom" and is the do one of the voices in "Christmas Carol: The Movie (2001)"

Norman Lovett

Norman was born on 31st October 1946. He started off with a part in "The Young Ones" in 1982, "Happy Families" 1985, "Dangerous Brothers Present: World of Danger" 1986. Before starring in the first two series of Red Dwarf. Before returning in series seven.

He has recently also starred in "The History of Tom Jones, a Foundling" 1997 and "The Criminal" 2000.

Hattie Hayridge

Hattie had a part in "Lenny Goes to Town" 1998 as a voice. After playing "Hilly" in "Parallel Universe" she came back to play "Holly" in series two to five. Since then she has appeared on "Have I Got News for You" 1990, "Jonathan Creek" 1997

Chloe Annett

Chloe Annett was born on 25th July 1971. She first played a part in "All Creatures Great and Small" in 1990. Had a part in "Jeeves and Wooster", 1992 and "Covington Cross", 1992. She also played Sarah Clutten in "Double X: The Name of the Game" 1992.

Before playing Kristine Kochanski in Red Dwarf from series seven. She also played the Science Officer Holly Turner in "Crime Traveller"
